2009年，上海德耐爾壓縮機有限公司成立，開始在國內市場銷售空氣壓縮機及備件。截止目前，德耐爾已在全國設置24家直銷分公司，10家辦事處。

　　In 2009, Shanghai Denair Compressor Co., Ltd. was established and began to sell air compressors and spare parts in China. Up to the date, Denair has set up 24 direct-sales branches and 10 representative offices.

　　2010年，德耐爾成立國際貿易公司，開始向全球出口空氣壓縮機和采礦設備。到目前為止，德耐爾產品已出口到南美洲、北美、亞洲、大洋洲、非洲和歐洲的152個國家，

　　In 2010, Denair set up International Trade Company and started to export air compressor and mining equipment globally. And until now, Denair products have been exporting to more than 152 countries in South America, North America, Asia, Oceania, Africa and Europe.

　　2012年，德耐爾壓縮機制造（上海）有限公司在松江區新浜鎮注冊成立。

　　In 2012, Denair Compressor Manufacturing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was registered and established in Xinbang Town, Songjiang District.

　　2013年，國家質量監督檢驗技術研究院批準了德耐爾中國能效檢測實驗室的申請。這標志著德耐爾在從事節能工作方面向前邁進了一大步。

　　In 2013, Denair application for China National laboratory of Energy Efficiency was approved by China National Institute of Standardization. It signifies that DENAIR has made a big step forward in engaging to energy-saving work.

　　2016年11月初，德耐爾正式更為德耐爾節能科技（上海）股份有限公司，并整體搬遷至金山區楓涇鎮，獲得工業區大力支持。

　　At the beginning of November, 2016, Denair officially changed to Denair Energy Saving Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and moved to Fengjing Town, Jinshan District as a whole, with strong support from the industrial zone.

　　2016年12月31日，德耐爾實現新三板掛牌，證券代碼：874402，德耐爾作為上市企業迎來了一個新的快速增長期。

　　On December 31, 2016, Denair realized the listing of the New Third Board with stock code: 870640, which means that Denair, as a listed enterprise, ushered in a new period of rapid growth.

　　2019年，德耐爾能源裝備有限公司作為新的研發、制造中心，在張江長三角經濟區落成并投產使用。

　　In 2019, Denair Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. as the new R&D and manufacturing center was completed and put into production in Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone.

       2022年，德耐爾股份上海新總部大樓開始建設。

       In 2022,Construction of the new headquarters building in Shanghai began.
